I believe that true authenticity stems from a balanced nervous system. By integrating ancient wisdom into contemporary practices, I provide accessible pathways for individuals to reset their nervous systems, cultivate safety, and embrace a holistic lifestyle that honors the body, mind, and spirit.

My Story

Having grown up with Mexican and Swiss culture, I learned that lifestyles are choices rather than definitive right or wrong paths. However, swept into a rigid society structure during school time emphasizing productivity and the "right way of things" I often felt stressed out, overstimulated and kind of put into a box, where different and especially mental or emotional health didin't fit it. Trying to fit in and play along lead me down a path of depression and disconnection from myself. 

In my journey toward healing, I discovered essential tools to reset my nervous system, allowing me to feel safe and free to express my authentic self. This became a profound paradigm shift for me, reshaping my understanding of well-being. With practices like yoga, sound therapy, and cacao, I live a holistic lifestyle that honors not only the physical body but also the mind, and spirit.

 

I now guide others  in resetting their nervous system and in cultivating similar spaces of safety and authenticity, encouraging them to reconnect with their whole selves.

At Holistic Living, our mission is to create a space where ancient traditions & modern approaches unite to empower individuals in their pursuit of holistic well-being. We believe that true wellness encompasses not only the physical body but also the mind & soul. Our focus is to bridge the gap between diverse wellness practices, offering a comprehensive journey & roadmap that nurtures every facet of your being. At the core of our approach is the understanding of holistic health and the nervous system, specifically the balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic states. I believe that resetting the nervous system is fundamental to achieving a holistic lifestyle that nurtures the body, mind and spirit. By activating the parasympathetic response, individuals can find a sense of safety and relaxation, paving the way for emotinal exploration and authentic living.

We offer accessible practices that guide individuals back to their natural state of equilibrium, fostering resilience and emtotional balance. As we emphasize the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, and physical health, we empower individuals to embrace their holistic journey and live authentically within a supportive community.
